1. US returns - If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.

2. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.

4. Merchandise returned without the original packaging or damaged, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

6. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the C.O.D amount may be deducted from your return.
